I had a new Demos report published last week (co-written with Paul Skidmore) called Disorganisation: why future organisations must ‘loosen up’. Okay so we probably asked for it, but the number of people who’ve said they’ll now think of me as an expert in disorganisation is slightly unsettling. Anyway, have a read and let me know what you think. Would you rather work for a ‘disorganisation’ than a ‘hyper-organisation’? Consensus at the launch event certainly seemed closer to the former.
